USE: This garden umbrella is resistant to an occassional shower and normal wind conditions. Make sure the baliparasol can always dry OPEN. Never close or store this gardenumbrella when wet. CLEANING: soft soap/water and brush/cloth. With the right treatment you will enjoy this unique bali umbrella for years.

In case you find a black mold spot use: HG Mold remover.

First Time opening: This batch is made in Flex-style bamboos instead of our standard stiff bamboo. This makes them easier to open/close but when windy they are also more 'shaky'

We instruct to place the umbrella up-side-down and push the crown gently bounching downwards till the stopper hole shows.
